“Tombstone or Cornerstone?”

Join us this Easter Sunday, as Rev. Dr. Jim Lawrence guides us for hybrid zoom/in-person worship. We will gather in person for a pancake breakfast at 10 am, worship begins at 11.

“Christianity began as a tiny band of enthusiasts numbering no more than a few hundred in a backwater region of the Roman Empire known as Judea. Among the thousands of religious movements in world history, that tiny band has become by far the largest at approximately 2.1 billion adherents. Various reasons for the astonishing reach of the faith are surmised by scholars, but they’re all summed up in the Easter event where the God of all creation becomes intimately personal in a relationship that has no end.” – Rev. Dr. Jim Lawrence

#WeekendPlans: “Leaping for Joy!” w/Rev. Colin Amato 12/17/23

Although we have entered the winter season and darkness has increased due to the end of daylight savings time, there is still much to rejoice and experiences of joy to be had. How can we continue to remind ourselves of the blessed light that surrounds us even during a time when there is much darkness? We will reflect on the correspondences of darkness and light and see the emergence of joy in our lives.
